Marketplace Buyer and Publisher Policy
Publishers must control the property offered, describe scope, price, turnaround, disclosure, permanence, revision, and prohibited-content rules accurately, and maintain Stripe payout eligibility. Buyers must provide lawful briefs, accurate target information, and timely approvals. Paid or sponsored relationships must be conspicuously disclosed where required.
Requests remain non-binding until the applicable acceptance and payment state. The private order thread, approvals, delivered URL, and status events form the operational record. Consultwise may moderate, request evidence, pause delivery, facilitate revision, and resolve platform-level disputes, but does not guarantee publication, permanence, ranking, traffic, or performance. Circumvention of platform fees or moving an active transaction off-platform is prohibited.
Refund, Cancellation, and Dispute Policy
Subscriptions
Cancel before renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law, a checkout promise, duplicate charge, or confirmed billing error.
Marketplace and one-time purchases
Before work begins, cancellation eligibility depends on the recorded order status and disclosed terms. After work begins, refunds may reflect completed work and nonrecoverable costs. Delivered orders should first use the revision process. Claims involving non-delivery, material deviation, duplicate payment, fraud, or a removed paid placement must be raised promptly with supporting evidence. Processor chargebacks do not replace the platform dispute process and may pause access while investigated.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where practical; processor and bank timing varies. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.
Data Processing Addendum Summary
When Consultwise processes personal information on behalf of an organization or agency, we process it on documented product instructions; apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures; require relevant providers to protect it; assist with security incidents and rights requests as reasonably available; delete or return data subject to retention obligations; and provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate these commitments.
The customer determines lawful purpose, permitted users, data accuracy, required notices, and legal basis. Customers must not upload prohibited sensitive data and must configure access and integrations appropriately. International transfers use legally recognized safeguards where required. Enterprise customers needing an executed DPA and subprocessor schedule should contact support before production use.
Copyright and Intellectual-Property Reports
A rights holder or authorized agent may report allegedly infringing Content through Contact Us. Include identification of the protected work, the specific URL or Content, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement, and an electronic signature. We may request clarification, remove or restrict Content, notify the submitter, accept a legally sufficient counter-notice, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Do not submit knowingly false reports. Trademark, privacy, impersonation, and other rights complaints should identify the right, jurisdiction, and requested remedy.
Acceptable Use Policy
Do not use Consultwise for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, malware, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, spam, deceptive SEO schemes, review manipulation, sanctions violations, illegal goods or services, infringement, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass security, moderation, billing, usage limits, or Marketplace controls. Do not upload secrets or regulated data to general text fields. We may investigate and restrict risky activity.
Review and Testimonial Policy
Reviews must reflect a real experience and honest opinion. Fake, AI-fabricated, insider, undisclosed affiliated, purchased, sentiment-conditioned, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited. Incentives, where lawful, must not require a particular sentiment and must be disclosed. Businesses may not suppress truthful criticism through intimidation or selective manipulation.
Moderation evaluates policy compliance, not whether a review is favorable. We may request evidence, label a relationship, remove personal data, reject, or remove Content. Publication is not endorsement. Businesses may submit a factual response and report specific violations.
AI Use and Content Disclosure Policy
AI may assist with support, drafts, summaries, images, recommendations, classifications, and follow-up. Users must review output, verify claims and rights, disclose synthetic or sponsored material where required, and remain responsible for publication. Do not use AI features for unlawful profiling, deception, fake reviews, impersonation, professional advice, or decisions producing unlawful discrimination.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not a guarantee. Consultwise may apply safety filters and human review. Ask for a representative when support requires human judgment.
